The Pratichi Child Report II ( ICDS in West Bengal and Bihar ) being launched by Nobel Laureate Prof.Amartya Sen at Kolkata Press Club on the 10th February 2015 The report was published by Pratichi India trust in collaboration with Asian Development Research Institue.Prof. Manabi Muzamder of Pratichi India Trust and Mr.Ahokendu Sengupta - Chairman State Commission of Protection of Child Rights were also along with me in the panel.
